Procurement
It is the policy of the Regional Transit Authority (RTA) that disadvantaged, minority and/or women-owned businesses have fair and equal opportunity to participate in RTA procurements. To implement this policy, the RTA has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 26.
